The Vault, an adult-use cannabis dispensary with a flagship location in Webster, has leased 2,900 square feet of retail space at 17 E. Mountain St. in Worcester, according to Worcester real estate broker NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, who negotiated the seven-year lease.
The Vault currently has a provisional license for the location, according to public data with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, with several approvals yet to go before it can open.
The company has a provisional location for a projected Lakeville dispensary.
The Worcester space was previously leased by Verizon, according to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
The Vault previously told WBJ that it would open a Worcester location in the near future. An opening date for the Worcester shop has not yet been announced.
