The Training Associates of Westborough has promoted Herb Blanchard to vice president of sales and Andrea Turner to vice president of operations.
Blanchard started at the company in 2002 as a client development manager serving the central United States. He led the company’s expansion into training outsourcing. In his new position, he will develop larger-scale trainer delivery efforts and develop the company’s client partnerships.
Turner started at TTA in 1999 and served as director of sales, managing the national sales team. In her new role, she will shape corporate practices, develop internal processes and build operational partnerships.
