The Fix Burger Bar will open its second location Thursday in Marlborough.
The expansion for The Fix, whose other current location is on Grove Street in Worcester, is the first foray into Marlborough for Worcester-based Niche Hospitality Group. Its original location was on Shrewsbury Street, before it relocated in 2016 to the larger location on Grove Street.
The new location will open with a limited menu for a sneak-peek period from Thursday to Saturday, opening at 5 p.m. each day. The restaurant will open for lunch and dinner with a full menu starting Monday, Jan. 27. Reservations won't be accepted during the first week.
The Fix is taking the place of Allora Ristorante, which closed at the Lakeside Avenue space last winter.
Niche Hospitality Group also includes Bocado Tapas Bar, Still & Stir Cocktail Bar, and Steam Energy Cafe, all in Worcester, Mezcal Tequila Cantina in Leominster and Worcester, and Rye & Thyme American Tavern in Leominster.
