Two Shelton-based companies, Phoenix Systems Integration and Platform Dynamics US, a software provider, have been acquired by Crown Partners in Ohio. The acquisition also includes Platform Dynamics Europe, based in Germany. Phoenix Systems Integration and Platform Dynamics will maintain their foreign and domestic offices and staff.
