Templeton restaurant to buy real estate with $67K NCMDC loan

Templeton restaurant Baldwinville Station received a $67,000 loan from the North Central Massachusetts Development Corp. to purchase the encompassing real estate of the restaurant, the small business financing organization announced Tuesday.

The loan was in partnership with the Athol Savings Bank.

“When we bought the business four years ago, we concentrated on running the restaurant like we had when we owned Rockin’ Robin’s on Main St. in Athol,” said Shawn Graham, owner of Baldwinville Station, in a press release. “Thanks to this partnership with Athol Savings Bank and support from the North Central Massachusetts Development Corp., we’re able to focus on taking care of our loyal customers.”

The North Central Massachusetts Development Corp. is the economic development arm of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, and it provides loans up to $250,000 to companies throughout Central Massachusetts.
