Newton-based technology media publisher TechTarget Inc., which has offices in Central Massachusetts, has acquired ebizQ.net, a business and IT web site.
The ebizQ.net online community claims more than 100,000 members. The New Rochelle, N.Y.-based site publishes editorial content and independent content from IT industry analysts.
TechTarget said the acquisition will help it become a “one stop shop” for IT and business professionals researching new products and technologies.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
