A series of rental properties in Douglas, Northbridge and Uxbridge have sold for $2.8 million to the executive of a tech company growing its office space in Marlborough, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds.
The properties include 409 Northeast Main St. in Douglas; 40-46 and 32-38 Court St. in Northbridge; 146-52 Providence Road in Northbridge; and both 159 and 161 Linwood St. in Uxbridge. The sale officially went through on June 11.
The properties were sold by Sutton property management company Gadoury Homes, LLC, which is registered to the late James Gadoury, to Blackstone Valley Apartments LLC, which is registered to Jason DePardo of Franklin.
DePardo’s LinkedIn indicates he is the vice president of customer success and services at Nasuni, a cloud storage management company founded in Natick. The company moved its headquarters to Boston, but in 2019 opened its engineering operation in Marlborough and in 2020 nearly tripled its presence there.
The last previous assessed value of the combined properties by their respective community governments, according to 2020 assessors records, was $1.8 million.
