Tech staffs may need brush up
The staffs of many IT firms may not be keeping pace with the constant changes in computer and information technology and could use some improvement on their technical skills, according to a survey of 1,400 CIOs by Robert Half Technology. One in four of those surveyed said employees' technical skills was the area most in need of improvement. Nearly as many said project management abilities also needed brushing up. Only three percent said their IT staff needed no improvement.
