Tech Firm Consolidates At Northborough HQ

Spencer Technologies Inc. has consolidated its Massachusetts operations in its Northborough headquarters.
The company acquired Spencer Communications of Hudson in May, making the structured cabling division part of Spencer Technologies. The combined company is a consultant and cable installer for the wireless and wired data networking industry.
Spencer has more than 280 employees in the U.S. with regional offices in Illinois, Tennessee and Ohio.
