Toronto, Canada-based TD Bank has promoted Diane M. Seely to vice president in cash management at the bank’s Framingham branch.
Seely has worked in banking for 33 years. He most recent position was assistant vice president.
She is involved with Lion’s Club International and the March of Dimes.
Seely has a bachelor’s degree from Worcester State College. She lives in Uxbridge.
