TD Banknorth, through its TD Charitable Foundation, has donated $10,000 to the Worcester East Side Community Development Corp.
The money will go toward the CDC’s neighborhood revitalization efforts, including its affordable home ownership and rental housing programs for low-income residents on Worcester’s East Side.
Worcester East Side CDC also offers homebuyer education, employment assistance and youth programs. The organization covers an area that includes Franklin, Belmont, Shrewsbury and Lincoln Streets, as well as Green Hill Park and Plumley Village.
