The Taste of Shrewsbury Street is returning to Worcester from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday to garnish the city’s tricentennial with food, drinks, and live entertainment.
Run by the Shrewsbury Street Merchants' Association, the annual celebration spotlights the city’s Restaurant Row, an area known for its rich variety of eateries and cuisines. The event is making its second return since the coronavirus pandemic tabled public gatherings in 2020.
For $30, partygoers can sample signature dishes from over 40 local restaurants and peruse streets filled with local vendors and live music.
Ticket proceeds will be shared between the beautification of Shrewsbury Street and local children’s charities. The Taste of Shrewsbury Street is the Shrewsbury Street Merchants' Association’s largest fundraising event of the year.
