Hyde Tools Inc. of Southbridge has moved Corey Talbot to a new position as vice president of marketing.
Talbot has been with the company since 2007, most recently as director of new product development. He has worked in hard goods for 15 years, spending time at Stanley Tools, Danaher Craftsman Tools Division and Newell Rubbermaid. He has also worked as a consultant, advising businesses on new product development processes, sales and marketing.
In his new position, he will direct marketing operations, branding, advertising, communications, channel sales support and customer service.
He lives in Hebron, Conn., with his wife, Donna, and son, Tristan.
