Boxborough-based Synqor Inc. said its infringement claims against Vicor Corp. and Cisco Systems Inc. will go forward.
The news that the litigation will continue comes after Andover-based Vicor Corp. announced May 16 that the matter had been dropped because it had demonstrated in court that its power converter product was “fundamentally different” from Synqor’s. Synqor disputed that claim today and said it intends to seek full damages.
Synqor filed suit in January against 11 manufacturers for alleged infringement of Synqor patents relating to bus power converters.
Synqor announced earlier this month that it had reached a settlement with Ericsson Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
