SynQor, HP Reach Agreement

Boxborough electrical components manufacturer SynQor announced it has reached a license agreement with Hewlett Packard that allows the information technology giant to continue buying bus converters from certain suppliers despite SynQor’s victory in a patent infringement suit against the suppliers.

Under terms of the agreement, HP will be able to buy the converters for two years in return for license fees paid to SynQor. The agreement is intended to allow HP’s product shipments to continue as planned.
