Stephen Sycks of Worcester has been named vice president and small business lending officer of Webster Five Cents Savings Bank in Webster.
In this position he will originate and underwrite small business loans.
Previously, Sycks worked for Fidelity Bank as vice president and commercial lender.
He graduated from Worcester State College in Worcester with a bachelor’s degree. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in community banking.
Currently, Sycks is vice president of the Mohegan Council of the Boy Scouts of America, serves on the board of trustees of Abby Kelley Foster Charter Public School and is a member of Worcester Chamber of Commerce, the North Worcester Business Association and the Worcester Economic Club.ÂÂ
