The Massachusetts Sleep Society, the Framingham-based sleep professionals organization, has named Sandra Horowitz, the regional medical director for Sleep HealthCenters for the Central Massachusetts area, as president.
The Sleep Society organizes education programs, support for scientific research and government advocacy on behalf of physicians, researchers and others working on sleep issues.
Horowitz is also an instructor at Harvard University in the Department of Medicine and on staff at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in the Department of Medicine’s Division of Sleep Medicine. She lives in Weston.
