An affiliate of Sutton’s Rock & Recycling Equipment purchased its business location it had been leasing, at 79 Worcester-Providence Turnpike in Sutton.
The nearly 30-acre property on the northbound side of Route 146 has two buildings totalling more than 13,000 square feet.
It was purchased for $2 million by 360Greenco, LLC, which is registered to Rock & Recycling’s owners Shane Fleming and Brendan Fox, in a transaction recorded by the Worcester District Registry of Deeds on Friday. The property was sold by Myers Realty Trust, whose trustees are Alfred Myers and Garry Melia of Sutton.
Kelleher and Sadowsky Associates of Worcester was the exclusive agent for the property. Vice Presidents Drew Higgins and Paul Matt represented the seller. Principal Will Kelleher and Vice President Brian Johnson represented the buyer.
Rock & Recycling Equipment was founded in 2016 and leases crushing plants, screens, and conveyors, according to its LinkedIn page.
