Those looking to get ahead should simply ask their employers to help pay for school, a recent Accountemps survey suggests.
According to Accountemps, 94 percent of accounting and financial service executives who were asked if their companies offer tuition reimbursement or benefits to employees said they did. An even more impressive 95 percent of executives said their companies also offer reimbursement for other forms of professional development or training.
Accountemps, an international staffing agency for the accounting and financial services industry, said offering tuition reimbursement and other similar benefits helps companies attract and retain “top performers.”
