Survey: Discrimination pemeates companies

If you’re climbing to the top of the career ladder, watch out for racial and gender discrimination. A new

survey

of employees making more than $100,000 a year revealed that 81 percent said they’ve witnessed discrimination in their companies. Race was the most common reason, followed by gender and age. More than half said there’s been no progress made in the last 10 years.
