An industrial warehouse on 357 Fortune Blvd. in Milford sold to a quartz manufacturing company for $5.3 million, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
The sale closed Aug. 26.
Cambria, which purchased the property, crafts countertops and other surfaces from quartz and is an international company headquartered in Minnesota.
The building was previously owned by Texas manufacturer Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc., which has owned the property since 1989 when the company bought it for roughly $464,000, per the registry.
The warehouse was built in 1990 and includes 32,000 square feet of finished space, according to the Milford town assessors data. It is assessed by the town at $1.8 million.
