Sudbury restaurateurs Reanna and Jordan Mackey, the duo behind the restaurant 29 Rustic, plan to open what the pair are calling a natural market in Stow later this fall, the business owners announced on Monday.
The new location, called Nan’s Market, will include prepared meals, a virtual fish market, retail options and catering.
The market will focus on using locally sourced ingredients, with plans to offer a rotating seasonal menu.
Located at 271 Great Road, Nan’s is stationed on 2.5 acres of land, which the Mackeys plan to use to host events, as well as educational farming programs. The venue is slated to accommodate weddings, parties, yoga classes, as well as wine and brew dinners.
“We have a commitment to serve our community foods that are good—for the person, for the environment and the local farmers that grow them,” Reanna Mackey said, in a press release.
An official opening day has not yet been announced.
