A Waltham firm has purchased a commercial building located at 29 Hudson Rd. in Sudbury for $1.65 million.
The new owner, Vantage Investment Properties LLC, plans to renovate the building, according to Framingham-based Parsons Commercial Group Inc., which represented both Vantage and the seller, Somerset Sudbury Development LLC.
Parsons said Vantage plans to add an elevator, additional parking and other cosmetic improvements market the property to retail, professional office and medical tenants.
