Mark Carlson, senior vice president of The Suburban Group Inc. in Westborough, has been elected president of the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services for 2009.
Carlson has been with The Suburban Group since 1999. Before joining the staffing, recruiting and HR consulting firm, he worked in the mutual fund and craft beverage industries. He has a B.A. in economics from Framingham State College.
Carlson lives in Grafton with his wife Kelly and their two children.
