Sturbridge Firm Re-Wins Foxwoods Contract

Sturbridge-based All Star Incentive Marketing has won a contract to manage Foxwoods Resort Casino's player loyalty program, a contract it previously held between 1998 and 2007.
Under the contract, All Star will manage the casino's "Dream Rewards Gallery." The gallery is set up to look like a retail store, but offers merchandise to casino patrons that earn points by patronizing the casino.
All Star ran Foxwoods' "Wampum Rewards" customer loyalty program between 1998 and 2007 until a shakeup in Foxwoods management ended the relationship, according to Gary Galonek, All Star principal.
The company said it was awarded the new contract to run the casino's player loyalty program after "a lengthy bid process."
Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
