Sturbridge-based G&F Industries Inc. has acquired Urethane Processing Corp. of America Inc. of Peabody.
Urethane makes liquid injection molded products and other products using silicone, urethane and rubber polymers. The company is a supplier to th medical device and defense industries in the U.S. and Europe, and will continue to operate from its current location.
G&F makes injection-molded plastics and supplies the automotive and safety markets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
