Sterling fiber optics warehouse sells for $1.5M

A Sterling warehouse on Spratt Technology Way was sold to Sterling Warehouse Technology LLC for $1.5 million, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.

Sterling Warehouse Technology is registered to Matthew Teguis, who owns Central Breaker and Control, an electric supplies distributor in Oxford.

The property was sold on June 11 by 2 Spratt Tech LLC, which is registered to Taunton lawyer Edmund Brennan. 

The 2.2-acre lot includes 16,000 square feet of warehouse space. 

Fiberoptic Components LLC, which manufactures fiber optic light guides, has resided in the building at that address.

The total assessed value of the property is $746,300, according to the Sterling Town Assessors’ data.
