Framingham-based StatSure has applied for a patent for a new process to conduct STD and infectious disease tests using bodily fluids.
The development work for the new test system was conducted at StatSure’s development facility on the West Coast. The company says that internal testing of the process “has demonstrated encouraging results relating to cost, performance and reliability.”
StatSure hopes to bring the product to market in the near future.
