The Massachusetts Division of Insurance will kick off a series of information sessions next week in Worcester to discuss long-term care insurance products and its rate request review process.
The first of three sessions will take place on Nov. 16 at the Hogan Center of the campus of the College of the Holy Cross from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Other sessions will take place on Thursday in Hyannis and on Friday in Boston.
According to a statement, the sessions will educate consumers about high rate increases that have been requested by insurers.
