Staples Inc. has renewed its lease at a 43,000-square-foot distribution center in Clinton, which it has occupied since 2007.
The building, which also houses other tenants, is part of the Adams Road Industrial Park. The location offers the Framingham-based office supply giant access to Western Massachusetts.
The industrial park is part of a joint venture of Hackman Capital, Calare Properties Inc. and KBS Real Estate Investment Trust I (KBS REIT I).
