Framingham office supply giant Staples Inc. has named Christine Putur as its chief information officer.
Putur, who previously served as senior vice president of information systems at Staples’ North American Delivery Business, succeeds Brian Light.
Light moved to a new position leading Staples’ customer experience efforts in retail, delivery and contract business.
Putur has held leadership positions at Staples since 1999 in areas including e-commerce and technology strategy.
