Staples Inc., the office supply retailer headquartered in Framingham, has purchased an Ohio-based printing company.
The corporation’s Staples Advantage division, which is the business-to-business portion of the company that manages Staples Print Solutions, announced the purchase of PRINTSouth Corp. The company operates as Miami Systems Corp. and has its headquarters in Cincinnati. Maimi Systems has about $70 million in sales and handles printing management of business forms, inserts, envelopes and labels.
Financial terms of the deal were not released.
