Framingham-based Staples Inc. said it would pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0825 per share.
The dividend is payable to holders of the company’s common stock as of Dec. 23 and will be paid on Jan. 14, 2010.
The office supplies retailer’s board of directors announced the dividend Tuesday.
