Skilled trades staffing company CLP recently leased 4,000 square feet of Class A office space in Marlborough, according to a brokerage firm involved in the transaction.
In a statement, Marlborough-based Greater Boston Commercial Properties said Bret O'Brien represented the Reno, Nev.-based firm in the deal that brought it to 201 Boston Post Rd. CLP has locations throughout the country, and locally in Worcester.
The company's new third-floor, corner unit will include a turnkey build out, in which the landlord, RK Associates, will pay for changes made to the space at the request of CLP.
Other tenants in the 71,400-square-foot building include Firestone, Chappell Engineering, Sigma Systems, New England Coaching and Geotechnical Consultants Inc.
Matt Morgan of Parsons Commercial Group represented the landlord in the transaction.
