Spencer Technologies is putting on the market its 23,000 square-foot Northborough offices as it prepares to move into larger space in Medway.
The office and warehouse building at 102 Otis St. in Northborough has been listed for $2.95 million with O'Brien Commerical Properties of Concord.
Spencer Technologies will be moving to a much larger building at 10 Trotter Drive in Medway, according to Eric O'Brien, the president of O'Brient Commercial Properties.
Spencer Technologies, a privately held retail and technical solutions company, was approved in September by the state's Economic Assistance Coordinating Council for a $245,000 investment tax credit for its move to Medway. The expansion will include moving 128 jobs and adding another 200 as part of a $12.3-million investment by the company, according to the state.
O'Brien Commerical Properties has also represented landlords in lease extensions in Marlborough and Littleton by the laboratory testing firm Compliance Management Group. The company renewed its 12,668 square-foot lease at 37 Ayer Road in Littleton and its 9,837-square-foot lease for its headquarters at 257 Simarano Drive in Marlborough.
