Spectrum Health Systems Inc. has elected Mark P. Bilotta as its board's chairperson and Verilyn (Mike) Mitchell as vice chairperson, and named Cathy Chrost and David N. Grenier as new board members.
Bilotta, the CEO of the Colleges of Worcester Consortium Inc., has more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration. He is also chairman of the board for the United Way of Central Massachusetts and vice chairman of the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority. He has an MBA from Clark University and a bachelor's degree from Holy Cross.
Mitchell is vice president for real estate planning and development at the MassDevelopment Finance Agency in Devens. She has a marketing and design background and 12 years of experience in real estate development.
Chrost is a real estate agent, specializing in residential resales. She has been working in real estate for more than 25 years. Before that, she worked for General Electric for 10 years.
Grenier is the president of Worcester investment advisory firm Cutler Capital Management LLC in Worcester. He has 17 years of banking experience, including 12 years at Fleet Boston Financial. He is a graduate of Amherst College and serves on the investment committee of The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts.
