The board of Worcester-based Spectrum Health Systems has elected David Felper, a partner with Bowditch & Dewey in Worcester, as its new chair.
The election was held at Spectrum’s annual meeting Oct. 15, according to a statement Thursday from the nonprofit provider of substance abuse and mental health treatment.
Also at the meeting, Chief Operating Officer Kurt Isaacson highlighted the organization’s recent growth, which includes a new outpatient treatment facility in downtown Leominster; The New England Recovery Center, and a private-pay facility in Westborough; and completion of a state-of-the-art, 100-bed residential treatment facility in Westborough.
