Fastenal Company has leased 5,000 square-feet at 17 East Mountain St. in Worcester, space formerly occupied by Flowerland.
The property, which is being leased from Proko Realty, will be used to operate an industrial and construction company supply store specializing in threaded fasteners.Â
The transaction was completed by Mike Jacobs and Jim Glickman, both of Glickman Kovago & Company of Worcester.
