Southwest Airlines today began offering daily service from Boston’s Logan Airport.
The Dallas-based airline is offering 10 daily nonstop flights from Logan to Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles, Houston, San Francisco and other cities.
The nation’s largest air carrier by flights flown started flight service in New England at T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, R.I., in 1996. Three years later, it began serving Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Conn.
Southwest also serves Manchester Airport in Manchester, N.H.
In June, Southwest added daily service to New York’s LaGaurdia Airport.
