Southbridge dollar store property sells for $2M

The new Dollar Tree store in Southbridge means bargains for shoppers. For the new buyer of the property housing the store, it means a regular cash flow and an attractive purchase.

The property, where the store opened last year at 119 North St., has sold for more than $2 million to a limited liability corporation registered to Guy Arnold of St. Paul, Minn.

The sellers were Lisciotti Development Corp. of Leominster. The sale closed Dec. 24.

Lisciotti bought the former American Lanes bowling alley site in 2018 for $500,000.
