Southbridge Credit Union (SBCU) plans to build a new facility in Auburn, creating 2,900 square-feet of new space for the bank, while offering additional space for lease.
The new site is located at 736 Southbridge Street on a 1.4 acre parcel leased from Jayesh Patel, owner of the Hampton Inn. Two additional spaces will be leasable from SBCU, one of which is 2,230 square feet while the other is listed at 2,274 square feet.Â
