A Southborough building hosting a CrossFit studio and an athletics goods store has sold for $2.2 million.
The buyer is 12 Southville Realty LLC, a corporation registered to Aideen Doneski and Dana Arsenault, who are the top executives at Southborough fire protection services subcontractor Gleeson Powers at neighboring 10 Southville Road.
The sellers are Southville Realty Trust, George Hall Trust and Michael Hall Trust. More information on those entities wasn't available from the Massachusetts Secretary of State's Office. The sale closed Oct. 16.
The building includes the fitness gym Pennant CrossFit and Inov-8, an athletics goods store. The two-acre site, with a 25,000-square-foot single-story building, was last assessed at more than $1.3 million.
