Solar Wolf Energy of Auburn has named former vice president Taylor Bennett as the company’s new CEO, the company announced on Friday.
At the same time, outgoing CEO Ted Strzelecki will take the lead on Solar Wolf’s new affiliate company, Aqua Wolf Plumbing, also located in Auburn.
The company said it aims to establish its family of companies in the home improvement industry. As part of that growth, the company said it hopes to add more than 100 jobs within the next year.
Previously headquartered in Douglas, the company announced last year it opened locations in Houston, Texas, Harrisburg, Pa., Hartford, Conn., and Columbia, S.C.
Those were in addition to offices it already maintained in Albany, N.Y., Portsmouth, N.H., Portland, Maine.
The company has announced several significant workforce expansions, including roughly 100 new jobs added last year alone.
