Soccer club buys Northborough industrial property for $1.5M

400 Cedar Hill St. in Northborough
The New England Futbol Club bought 6.43 acres of industrial land at 400 Cedar Hill St. in Northborough for $1.5 million in a sale closed earlier this week, according to an announcement from Aho Properties of Arlington, which represented the seller.
The seller, ACZ Cedar Hill LLC, which is registered to Albert Curran Jr. of Concord, bought the property in April 2019 for $900,000.
The New England Futbol Club, which is based in Mendon, plans to build an indoor soccer field on the land, according to Aho.
Aho Properties represented ACZ Cedar Hill LLC during both transactions.
