A Skechers shoe store is the latest tenant at Milford Crossing.
Skechers opened July 18 in a 6,130-square-foot space, joining anchor Stop & Shop, along with T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and others. The plaza on Medway Road, just off I-495, was overhauled by owner RD Management of New York in 2017 in a $20-million project after Kmart closed in 2014, followed by Bugaboo Creek and World Gym in 2016.
The plaza's renovations added an additional building bringing its capacity to nearly 160,000 square feet. Other tenants include Cyclebar, Starbucks, Chipotle, Hair Cuttery, Pacific Dental Services, and Pet Supplies Plus.
For Skechers, it's the first Central Massachusetts location, with its other nearest locations in Wrentham, Boston and Nashua, N.H.
