An Oxford property housing Greenhouse Car Wash has been sold for $1.25 million to a Framingham-based corporation.
The property, located at 101 Main St., was sold to 415 Boston Post JRP LLC, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. Boston Post JRP is managed by John Parsons Jr., owner of Natick-based Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. The transaction closed on Friday.
The seller of the property was 5M Commercial LLC of Oxford, who purchased the property in 2008 for $518,000, according to the Town of Oxford property records.
The car wash on the property was built in 2004, according to town records. Oxford gave the property a tax assessment value of $566,200 in 2023.
