Simply Homemade Pizzelles, a Holden company that produces handmade Italian-style cookies, has a new location in town.
The company recently moved from 1 Zottoli Road to 789 Wachusett Street. Company owner Tracie Ritchie said the newly leased location, at 2,500 square feet, is a “bigger, better space.”
“It’s newer. There’s more room for us to expand,” she said.
The company, which employs about a dozen people, recently added a new cookie flavor, vanilla, and Ritchie said it’s preparing for a more significant expansion. She said she hopes to add a retail section offering prepared meals like homemade chicken cutlets and meatballs in a few months.
