Worcester-based substance abuse and mental health treatment company Spectrum Health Systems Inc. has hired Bernard Sigh as director of correctional compliance and new business development.
In his new position, Sigh will try to expand Spectrum’s work, including increasing its visibility with correctional agencies and parole authorities nationally. He will also oversee compliance with existing contracts.
Spectrum is a private, nonprofit company that serves more than 18,000 people each year across seven states.
