SideChannel, a Worcester-based cybersecurity tech firm, has named Anna Seacat to its board of directors.
Seacat comes to SideChannel’s board having most recently served as chief marketing officer at DeepSeas, a cybersecurity solution firm based in San Diego, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She currently works as an adjunct instructor at Marian University’s School of Business in Indianapolis.
“It’s a privilege to join the SideChannel Board and support a team that understands both the human and technological dimensions of cybersecurity. I’m eager to collaborate with the team to elevate the strategic marketing direction and advance the next phase of Enclave innovation and growth, with a clear focus on strengthening our clients’ resilience,” Seacat said in a Tuesday press release from SideChannel.
With more than 10 years of experience in marketing and technology leadership, Seacat has previously served as vice president, marketing & community at San Francisco-based Proxy, now a part of ŌURA; as chief marketing officer at Ascension, a St. Louis-based healthcare system; and as program director, global product leader at New York-based IBM,, according to her LinkedIn profile.
“The addition of Anna to our board marks another significant step forward for SideChannel. Her strategic insights and marketing expertise will immediately contribute to the Enclave momentum we are building, and her voice in our board meetings will be helpful as we navigate the evolving cybersecurity landscape,” SideChannel CEO Brian Haugli said in the release.
Seacat will receive $3,750 for every fiscal quarter she serves.

Seacat graduated from Indiana University with her bachelor’s degree and earned her master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
Seacat’s appointment comes shortly after SideChannel named Jamie Wolf as the company’s inaugural chief marketing officer
With five local employees and $7.5 million in revenue as of Q2 2025, SideChannel is the 19th largest IT services provider in Central Massachusetts, according to data collected by WBJ’s Research Department. Haugli is the 17th highest-paid CEO in the region, having earned $557,913 in total compensation in fiscal 2024.
