Cybersecurity tech firm SideChannel has welcomed a new member to its C-suite as the Worcester-based firm has named Jamie Wolf its inaugural chief marketing officer.
Cybersecurity tech firm SideChannel has welcomed a new member to its C-suite as the Worcester-based firm has named Jamie Wolf its inaugural chief marketing officer.
As SideChannel works to grow its security offerings portfolio, Wolf will lead efforts to enhance the company’s brand visibility, marketing strategy, and partnerships, according to a Wednesday press release from SideChannel.
“Jamie’s leadership and understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem make her a great addition to our executive team,” SideChannel CEO Brian Haugli said in the release. “Her experience connecting marketing, partnerships, and business growth will help us reinforce the trusted relationships that define SideChannel.”
Wolf will serve as SideChannel’s first CMO, Haugli said in an email to WBJ.
Wolf comes to SideChannel from Cyderes, a Missouri-based security management firm, where she most recently served as head of global strategic partnerships and marketing, according to her LinkedIn profile.
With more than 20 years of business-to-business marketing experience, Wolf has held previous positions at cybersecurity software companies, including working as director, global strategic alliances & channel at Black Kite and serving as global channel & alliances manager, strategic partnerships at Onapsis, both out of Boston.
“After years on both the vendor and MSSP sides of cybersecurity, I was drawn to SideChannel’s differentiated model,” Wolf said in the release. “Our combination of vCISO expertise and the Enclave platform creates a powerful differentiator for growth. I’m thrilled to amplify this vision and strengthen how we engage with clients and partners.”
Wolf graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
Established in 2019, SideChannel provides cybersecurity plans for more than 100 emerging and mid-market companies, according to the company’s website.
Headquartered in Worcester, SideChannel operates offices throughout the U.S. and Canada, including in Boston, Washington, D.C., New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco.
